  Child poverty refers to the phenomenon of children living in poverty. This applies to children that come from poor families or orphans being raised with limited, or in some cases absent, state resources. Parents can for example fail to cater for their children’s most basic needs (food, clothing, medicines (when available)), or fail to provide those essential to their kids’ development such as love and education.
                                         What means of Child abuses

 Child abuse is when a parent or caregiver, whether through action or failing to act, causes injury, death, emotional harm or risk of serious harm to a child. There are many forms of child maltreatment, including neglect, physical abuse, sexual abuse, exploitation, and emotional abuse. Children suffer from physical and emotional abuse, neglect, and forced labor.                                                                                                                                                     Child labor at the cost of the child’s future is now common in the developing countries(Pakistan) over 60 million children are engaged in manual work in these countries.

Child labor can be brought to an end when large-scal social and economic reforms take effect in the. 
Education should be made common and the literacy rate should be raised at all costs.
The funds are misused or stolen by the leaders and no kind of social reconstruction is possible.
