USE OF ICT IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION
Introduction: At present, the world has been embracing technological advances, setting an accelerated pace of information, with the consequent need to access it quickly and make it available to everyone. Situation that has had repercussions in the labor and educational field by rethinking the learning and performance models in all directions, levels and dimensions through the use of mass media or social communication resources such as television, radio, and especially the internet.
Statement of the problem: The case of the District Education Administrations, where there is no computer room, and therefore the need to plan educational activities that promote the use of tics inside and outside the classroom for educational purposes emerges using the resources of everyday use such as cell phones, TV, video cameras, internet and the benefits of web.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Determine administrative strategies to motivate the teachers of the District Educational Administration to use ICT in and out of the classroom for educational purposes.
Specific objectives: To Design Teaching Units that incorporate the use of new technologies. Adapt or design multimedia that favors constructive learning. Experimenting with alternative teaching models to direct instruction; Design support programs for students with educational needs. Develop evaluation models on the use of technological means. Recognize the new role of the teacher: designer and facilitator of environments. Justification In the educational field it is extremely important and necessary to know how to read, writes, calculate and have knowledge of science, history and languages …, but all this knowledge will be complemented with the skills and abilities necessary to be able to act in space tele-magic. This is why teachers as learning facilitators should not be left behind in terms of training in this technological area to improve teaching and learning processes.
Digital literacy: Attention to diversity – Administrator and tutor management – Material design – Use of materials – Materials evaluation. Training of teaching staff in the technological area – Presentation of classes in slides – Training of students in how to work with technological tools like Use of videos, cell phones, cameras among others for educational purposes. Presentation of projects in slides will be displayed. Application of workshops on the use of tics in education by teachers trained in this area, to the decent of the institution. Teachers will present classes on PowerPoint slides with educational content to students. Students will be trained in how to work with some of the Microsoft programs. Students will use the camera on their cell phones to keep records of field activities. The teachers will assign the students to watch videos on a specific educational topic and then carry out an analysis and reports. Teachers will assign students to watch an educational program broadcast on TV and then make a report on it. Students will conduct research in virtual encyclopedias. Students will send work by email. u – Students will browse web pages with educational content, and with a specific topic for further analysis. The students will present their projects in Power Point pictures.
Conclusions:
The design of strategies that allow the use of ICTs inside and outside the classroom for educational and recreational purposes, will prepare both students and teachers for this new technological era, the use of ICTs will provide the students and teachers of said institution the improvement of productivity in general since these motivate the student to want to use ICTs and motivation (wanting) is one of the engines of learning, Evaluations : If ICTs have been incorporated as cognitive instruments in the development of Didactic Units. If the use of ICTs is the most appropriate, if you have actively participated in the assessment, adaptation and design of resources. If alternative teaching models to the direct in side of education present here then If an evaluation model has been put into practice. If the training received is useful in daily teaching.
